Gearing up for the release of her sophomore album reportedly titled Spandex, Ke$ha slipped out of her grunge look and into an patriotic Dsquared dress that showed off the 25-year-old's curves.

The Flaming Lips have been all about reaching out and making bonds with various talented artists in the game, including wild girl Ke$ha.

Ke$ha eased up off brushing her teeth with a bottle of jack, and agreed to do a make-under for the fashion magazine, and the results are nothing short of stunning.
