Two people who read Armstrong's book It's Not About The Bike, have filed a suit against him and the publishers in federal court. 
Earlier this week, we learned that Lance Armstrong admitted to doping on Oprah Winfrey'sNext Chapter and now we are getting the visual footage.  
Athletes aren't role models; they lie, cheat and steal just like the rest of us. And we have a long history of apologies as proof. 
Mike Anderson, Armstrong's former assistant, told the Daily Mail that Armstrong should be sitting in jail right now, not at an interview with Oprah.
Now that Lance Armstrong has confessed to Oprah Winfrey about the use of performance-enhancing drugs that helped him win his seven Tour de France titles, speculation is arising that the ban placed on Armstrong to participate in the sport will be lifted. 
Let's not hang Lance out to dry just yet. Sure, he admitted to doping during his career after initially lying about it, but cheating is the American way.

The source, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the discussion was private, said that Armstrong choked up while telling the staff, "I'm sorry."
