At Monster's press conference this morning at CES 2012 in Las Vegas, Monster CEO Noel Lee announced the company's partnership with the entrepreneur.
The actor/entrepreneur moved to a hospital in L.A. yesterday from Aspen after suffering mild kidney failure, and according to a very trusted source, Nick is recovering well.
The 31-year-old comedian suffered a mild kidney failure while on vacation in Aspen during the holidays. With his wife Mariah Carey by his side, he's currently on the mend! 
It looks like the couple were having a lovely time in Aspen up until Nick suffered kidney failure and had to be rushed to the hospital!
This morning, news broke that funny man Nick Cannon was rushed to the hospital in Aspen earlier this week after suffering from mild kidney failure.
The couple were spending the holidays in Aspen, Colorado, but their holiday fun turned ugly when one of Nick's kidneys failed, and he was immediately admitted into a local hospital.
