Last week Tommy Hilfiger showed his men's collection for Fall 2013 during Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week and even though it's freezing out, we found ourselves praying for the fall to get here again! 

As always, Tommy manages to put his own spin on the idea of "prep" and this time around, that idea included houndstooth ... and lots of it.  

With stripes and prints in his signature colorway adorning loose-fitting pantsuits, geometric print bikinis and even sweater dresses, the collection was quintessential Tommy.

For a lot of people, buying their mom a nice piece of designer clothing may be the best bet. For others something a bit more sentimental may prove to be just what Mom needs but let's be honest; At the bottom of it all, you mom is a woman who probably has a favorite designer and would probably prefer the first choice.

Tommy Hilfiger has long been known for his ability to put a unique twist on preppy basics, and he displayed this yesterday at the Armory during New York Fashion Week.  The fashion designer took preppy to a new height by adding rich colors, patent fabrics and mod shapes for his Fall/ Winter ...
