The CIA successfully thwarted an attack that is said to have been organized by al-Qaeda operatives in Yemen to commemorate the 1-year anniversary of Osama bin Laden's death.

CBS News reports that nearly two dozen students will be arrested as a result of the charges, which will include both misdemeanors and felonies.

13-year old Roberto Luna was shot dead Sunday at 9:49 PM on South Spaulding Avenue and West 46th Street in Chicago. According to Fox News, two other males ages 15 and 16 were also wounded.

According to CBS, the incident occurred in downtown Brooklyn and instead of the crowd stopping the attacks or getting help, many shamefully egged on the violence.
