Yuna's Sixth Street EP drops May 7th, and expected to appear on the EP is "I Wanna Go" and "Let Love Come Through," which features a verse from Kyle.
For the fifth issue of WeTheUrban Magazine, Yuna took some time to pose for a couple of tasteful black and white pictures. Shot by Aram Bedrossian, the spread is a very stylish set accompanied by a great interview.
One of the year's most pleasant surprises was Yuna's self-titled debut album, which dropped in April. The album is a smooth and powerful debut from the Malaysian singer.
Fresh off his trip from Malabo Equatorial Guinea, Africa, Melo drew inspiration from the rhythm and beats of the motherland to give Yuna's "Live Your Life" the perfect flare.
Shot in her home in Los Angeles, Yuna kicks off her cool ass cover by creating the underlying beat with her own interpretation of beatboxing.
The Malaysian-born 25-year-old songstress stopped by Billboard Candid Covers to perform her acoustic rendition of the band's 1999 song.
The Malaysian singer has partnered up with Samsung for the "Sparkle Project," a creative endeavor to produce Malaysia’s first music video made from the Samsung GALAXY Note.
GlobalGrind sat down with Yuna to talk about her breakout single "Live Your Life," her friendship with producer Pharrell Williams and of course, her new music.
Yuna is quickly gaining popularity and esteem and her new video "Live Your Life" will definitely help lead her to superstardom.
Pharrell and Yuna even collaborated on her new track "Live Your Life;" a fan favorite. Luckily, GlobalGrind was in the building to see Yuna's pleasant performance live in living color.
