Fifth person charged in fatal beating of Fenger st

<p>A South Side man was charged with murder on Tuesday in the videotaped beating of Fenger High School honors student Derrion Albert. He is the fifth person charged in the September 2009 attack.</p><p>Lapoleon Colbert, 19, of the of the 0-99 block of West 113th, was charged Tuesday with two counts of murder, police said. He is scheduled to appear for a bond hearing in Violence Court (Br. 66) Wednesday.</p><p>Colbert is accused of attacking Albert during a Sept. 24 melee in the 300 block of West 111th Street — just blocks east of the Roseland neighborhood high school.</p><p>The assault, captured on videotape, arose from a disagreement between students who live in Altgeld Gardens and another group who live in an area known as the ?Ville,? according Cook County Assistant State?s Attorney Jodi Peterson.</p>
