Kanye West is an amazing rapper and producer and has been since the beginning. When Kanye first emerged on the music scene as a rapper, he came out with the song “Through The Wire,” which was a chronicle of his life after he was in an almost fatal car accident.

Kanye had been producing music for rapping heavyweights like Jay-Z and Cam’ron at the time, but it wasn’t until Kanye began sending Jay-Z tracks of him rapping, did he get noticed as a potential MC.
