Fresh from her self-imposed time off, the former Destiny’s Child leader and “Cadillac Records” star was seen in Paris shooting an editorial for Harper’s Bazaar.
Beyonce was giving face on the balcony of the famed Ritz Hotel and dressed in a sleevless top studded with roses, her hair in a bun, invoking Evita Peron, Argentina, The French Latin Quarter, or all of the above.
