They say that crime doesn’t pay but apparently boxing does and very well. 6-time undefeated chamionship boxer, Floyd Mayweather‘s 22,000-square foot mansion was recently featured in Modern Home + Living Magazine and it’s definitely a home fit for a king, to say the very least.

Mayweather credits “Team Mayweather” for helping him build, design and furnish the collossal pad, because much like Floyd’s career, it took an entire team to get everything just right.

Floyld’s 2000-square foot closet is probably bigger than most people’s apartments and houses a store’s worth of clothing. Floyd, however, says his favorite room in the home is the bi-level theater with an upstairs VIP lounge. Red leather couches complement the matching suede walls. Downstairs, retractable doors in the back of the house lend an indoor/outdoor vibe.

It’s a “smart” house, too.

“Floyd can be in his car and see every security camera in the house. He can set the heat, arrange the lighting, program the TV, turn on fireplaces,” says Tanasha Pettigrew, his personal realtor. “His phone is a remote control for the entire house.”

You can take a glimpse into this amazing mansion after the jump and hope he doesn’t lose his phone.
