The evidence emerging from the U.S. raid that killed Osama bin Laden has brought forth new information reaveling a plan Bin Laden had to kill President Obama.  More than one million pages of data from the trove found in Osama bin Laden’s compound during the raid, shows that the al-Qaeda leader wanted to find a way to kill President Obama.

Bin Laden’s own writings discovered at his compound indicate he urged his followers to assassinate the President and find ways to disrupt the 2012 American elections.

Meanwhile, the Pakistani Taliban reacted to the death of Bin Laden with a bloody attack at the Frontier Constabulary fort at Shabqadar. Twin bomb blasts triggered by two suicide bombers killed at least 76 people, mostly paramilitary personnel and wounded at least 106 others, police and local officials say.The Pakistani Taliban has claimed responsibility for the attack, terming it the “first revenge” for the killing of Osama bin Laden.

The bombers attacked the Frontier Constabulary fort at Shabqadar early in the morning, attacking the men as they exited the fort to board buses and coaches. The attackers were riding motorbikes, with the first bomber striking at about 5:55am.

The attack is the bloodiest since Osama bin Laden was killed. Militants in Pakistan said they would avenge Bin Laden by attacking Pakistani state targets.
