The very first photos of Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon leaving UCLA Medical Center in Santa Monica, California on Saturday, May 14 were released today.
Mariah gave birth to twins Monroe and Moroccan prematurely on April 30th, but remained in the hospital to ensure the babies would be okay.
The couple seemed incredibly happy to finally be headed home together.
