Canadian pop star Avril Lavigne, fresh from her divorce from Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley, has listed the former couple’s Bel Air mansion for $9.5 million.

The over 12,000 square foot abode boasts 8.5 bedrooms and a whopping 10.5 bathrooms!

The Mediterranean-style mansion also has a wine cellar, a ten car garage, a sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi and a gym, all of which may be entered from a covered outdoor living area.

The formerly happy couple purchased the house in 2007 from Travis Barker and his wife, which was featured on their show “Meet The Barkers.”

After the break, meet Lavigne’s former love nest.
