Sean Kingston will make a full recovery within the next six weeks, according to a statement released by his record label, Epic.  His rep told MTV News that Sean is “aware of what is going on around him” and that he was “sedated but fully conscious.” Sean’s injuries from the Miami jet ski crash include a broken jaw, fractured wrist and water in his lungs, however doctors expect him to make a full recovery.

In other news involving Sean Kingston’s jet ski victim, Cassandra Sanchez, said yesterday that she will not press any charges against the “Beautiful Girls” singer after they crashed into a Miami bridge this weekend.   Sanchez continued to tell TMZ, “I know this whole thing was just an accident. I won’t be pressing any type of charges or hiring a lawyer. Sean is a good guy.  I know he didn’t mean to get either of us hurt.”

As for Sanchez, who was the other passenger, came out of the accident, thankfully in better condition than Kingston.

Sanchez is a good friend of Kingston’s and only wishes him the best, she told reporters, “I am going to be visiting him in the hospital at some point soon and hope he has a speedy recovery.”
