WHAT: To honor the 15th anniversary of Tupac’s death, XXL magazine’s next issue will be a “Tupac Back” issue. The special issue of the mag is said to be filled with interviews from Pac’s closest people, from his ex-wife Keisha Morris, to his step-dad Mutulu Shakur.

THIS JUST IN: Kelly Rowland

WHAT: The singer’s third solo album Here I Am has Motivated its way to the top. Its debut week it moved 77,000 copies and now it holds the Number 3 spot on the album charts, making this the highest-charting album of Kelly’s solo career. Congrats to the sexy Ms. Rowland!

FROM RAGS TO RICHES: Jay-Z and Pharrell

WHAT: The Watch the Throne king is now getting his feet wet in the Billionaire Boys Club empire. Earlier today HOV’s Rocawear clothing label cut a check, making them partners with Pharrell’s high-end BBC line. Though Jay doesn’t own BBC, Rocawear does now own the manufacturing and distribution licenses.

WHAT: The Timez Are Weird These Days rapper has announced the dates for his fall tour. Among some of the people he’ll be gracing the stage with are Solange, Nas, Big Boi and Damien Marley. WHO’S YOUR DADDY: Cee Lo Green and Raekwon

WHAT: The lady killer is Raekwon’s father! On screen that is. Cee Lo has been cast to play the father of the Wu Tang rapper in a biopic entitle C.R.E.A.M. Raekwon says that when first offered the character Cee Lo was overwhelmed, and humbly accepted. Though it hasn’t been decided yet who will be playing The Chef himself, rumor has it that Chuck Inglish of The Cool Kids is first on the list to take the role.
