Actor Ben Stiller and his wife Christine Taylor, have finally sold their Hollywood Hills home to British actor Jason Statham, who is currently dating Transformers star Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, for a cool $11.5 million.
Ben and Christine put their ten bedroom Mediterranean-style pad on the market in 2009 for $12.5 million only to withdraw it several months later; they re-listed it this past spring with the lowered price.
Ben purchased the home in 1999 and combined three properties to create the beautiful compound that features 10 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, separate den, dining, family, bonus and projection rooms, a gym, library, and an office.
Jason, who is best known for his roles in The Italian Job and The Transporter, might be ready to settle down with his girlfriend Rosie since he traded his bachelor pad in for Ben’s large family style mansion.
