Sony previewed the above headset during CES earlier this year and it will go on sale this November in Japan for $800. What is it exactly? Why, its a wearable 3D home theater!
Called the HMZ-T1 headset, the device features a display for watching movies and playing games in 3D. It has OLED screens and digital surround sound. Each screen comes with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels, which, according to Sony, is like looking at a 750 inch (62.5 feet) screen from about sixty feet away.
