Music beef usually cooks up within the hip-hop community, but with the very public beef between R&B singer Ray J and rapper Fabolous, beef is now an R&B/rap thing.
Fabolous and Ray J’s beef started all because of Twitter. Yes, Twitter, the land where celebrity beef is created and subsequently squashed.

After watching Floyd Mayweather’s documentary, Fabolous tweeted, “Floyd saying we having a concert in my living room & the camera cuts to Ray J singing ‘One Wish’ on the piano had me in tears!!”
Apparently, Ray J didn’t like Fabolous’ Twitter jokes, so according to Ray J, he confronted Fab. An altercation ensued and the Fabolous vs. Ray J beef was born.
