Rapper-turned-mogul Jay-Z made an appearance in Brooklyn dressed in a Tom Ford suit this morning to announce the new name of the New Jersey Nets: the Brooklyn Nets.

Before stepping up to the podium, Hova was interviewed by Rosanna Scotto of Good Day New York and the enterprising host inquired about Jigga’s tailor. Jigga listed Tom Ford; which is true but false.
Ford is not Jay-Z’s tailor! Rather, the suit may have been tailored to fit his frame after purchased from a Tom Ford boutique.
Regardless of the back story, Jay looked dapper. We’re especially feeling the black tie and pocket square which is worn at a reasonable length. It’s a shame most of the photos of Jigga have him sitting down!
