The duo were on their way to a cocktail reception at Barney’s in NYC, when the it-shoe couturier decided to pull the ultimate gentlemanly move.
Louboutin was all smiles as he carried the gorgeous actress, who was dressed in a red pleated coat and snakeskin Louboutin heels of course.
Inside on the red carpet, Lively and Louboutin hammed it up. There, Blake revealed a short black mini skirt paired with a short sleeve printed floral blouse.
