The custody battle between R&B sensation Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster is turning ugly.
The former couple got lawyered up and are battling for sole custody of their sons, 4-year-old Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Raymond, who is just 2 years old.

Now Tameka has pulled out the big guns, claiming Usher is on drugs!
She believes Usher is getting high judging from his “subpar” performance in Germany. She also alleges she once found mysterious pills in his jean pockets.
Tameka says:
“I dated him when he’s had a very serious throat condition and he still performs like a champ. I really feel strongly that something was going on there and it wasn’t ‘Oh I have laryngitis.'”

Foster says the “Confessions” singer didn’t allow her to see the kids on Christmas last year and didn’t pay the $34,000 in nanny fees they agreed to. She’s also requesting a drug test.
Usher has refused to take the drug test, calling her request “frivolous and unfounded” and intended to “harass and embarrass” him.
