Police raided a 5-storey building yesterday afternoon in the Morris Park section of the Bronx, resulting in the finding of nearly 800 marijuana plants.

STORY: SHOCKING! Snoop Dogg Busted For Marijuana Possession (DETAILS)

CBS reported that at about 1 p.m. at 610 Morris Park Ave, police raided the building seizing 593 plants, some as tall as seven feet, and 75 pounds of marijuana that had been processed and packaged.

Investigators grew suspicious of activity in the building and obtained a warrant after discovering an excessively high electricity used.

Officers said it appeared that each floor of the 5-storey building was being used for a different stage of growth for the marijuana plants. The growers also provided adequate ventilation, hydration, and light through the use of heating lamps for the marijuana plant.

Brian Munoz, 24, Victor Reyes, 23, and Diego Reyes, 25 are the current suspects facing charges of criminal possession of marijuana, criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the first degree and criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the second degree.

The building appeared to be strictly used for the growth of marijuana considering there were no sleeping quarters within the building.

Neighbor expressed their shock of the bust, one neighbor Maria Candelaria saying: “That’s crazy… because I used to walk past this every single day. I live down the block on Garfield… Never even smelled nothing come out from this place.”

Investigators say the operation allowed suspects to cash in about $250,000 per week.

All of the drugs confiscated will go for lab testing and will eventually be destroyed.
