NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly needs to go.

His goon squad of NYPD officers has violated the basic human rights of two teens in the span of only three weeks.

STORY: FU*K THE POLICE! The NYPD Is Always Going To Fight Dirty?

As the overseer of these gun toting, baton swinging, lawless, sworn to protect and serve badge holders, Kelly has to do a better job of keeping a tighter leash on his destructive officers, as well as taking a good hard look at himself in the mirror.

Dating back to 2011, the NYPD has been involved in questionable behavior that can only be attributed to the direct orders of their leader the Commish; he can’t wash his hands clean of any of the tactics used by his officers.

STORY: Black & Blue Beatings From The NYPD Are Nothing New!

Let’s start with the NYPD’s involvement in Muslim-gate, in which the department gathered intelligence on different Muslim communities across the tri-state area.

The operation revealed that the department recommended increased surveillance of Shiite mosques based on their religion, while gathering and monitoring intel on entire neighborhoods, at the same time building databases about everyday life in Muslim communities.

According to Kelly, the police only follow legitimate leads and did not conduct preventative surveillance in ethnic communities.

Kelly’s infatuation with the Muslim community doesn’t end there, late last year the Commish came under fire from Muslim groups after he appeared in the controversial anti-Islam documentary “The Third Jihad,” which was shown at NYPD training sessions.

Kelly appeared in the film for about 30 seconds. At first he said he was not involved, but later acknowledged giving the filmmakers an interview in 2007 and apologized. Get your story straight.

Another black eye for the department is their “Stop & Frisk” policies in which NYPD officers stop individuals, usually in black or Latino neighborhoods, on reasonable suspicion of criminal activity.

In 2010, the NYPD recorded an estimated 600,601 “Stop & Frisks,” 87 percent of whom were Black and Latino residents. All the stopping and frisking doesn’t deter crime, but only fuels mistrust between the NYPD and people of color.

Where is the accountability Mr. Commissioner?

In the last three weeks the Commissioner needs to address the excessive force his officers used on two teens in the Bronx.

First, officers beat down 19-year-old Jatiek Reed, Rodney King style, after he was standing against a wall on East 168th Street on the afternoon of Jan. 20th. The entire episode was captured on video.

In the video you see Reed falling to the floor after being ruffed up by the boys in blue. They start pummeling his skinny frame as he shields himself from the officers’ repeated kicking and punching.

All of the officers were from the 42nd Precinct in the Tremont section of the Bronx and all involved were stripped of their guns and shields and placed on modified duty.

Then there was the case of Ramarley Graham, a 19-year-old Bronx teen who was shot to death by NYPD officers in his own home.

STORY: HE HAS A NAME: Ramarley Graham, Shot & Killed By NYPD On Surveillance

Cops accused Graham of having a gun on him, chased him to his home, broke down his door, and once inside, Graham darted toward the bathroom with two cops behind him.

He tussled with a cop before the officer’s gun, a Sig Sauer .9-mm, went off and a bullet pierced Graham in the upper left chest.

Graham was rushed to Montefiore Medical Center, where he later died.

Spying on Muslims, stop and frisk practices, beatings and a shooting death of an unarmed teen; the Commish and his NYPD goons aren’t looking too pretty.

I think it’s time for Ray Kelly to get the boot and raise up out of New York City.
