Yesterday for Valentine’s Day, President Barack Obama took his wife Michelle Obama out for dinner just after he warned gentlemen “Do not forget!” about the precious day in a televised statement.

The White House Pool released the following report in regards to the date:
POTUS and FLOTUS left white house at 7:00 pm in presidential suv for 25 minute trip to Alexandria for a valentine’s day dinner. Pool did not see POTUS but am reliably informed that he was not wearing a tie, Motorcade stopped at lights and crawled through downtown Alexandria. Destination was Vermillion restaurant.
Motorcade was uneventful except for heavy traffic and one white lincoln that kept trying to cut into the procession.

The President’s evening with his wife was expected.
In a TV appearance on Fox 5 Atlanta he said, “I’ve gotta take my wife out to dinner. And I would advise anybody watching to make sure they don’t miss out on this.” Obama also utilized Twitter to show his Valentine appreciation for his wife tweeting “Hey, @MichelleObama: Happy Valentine’s Day. -bo”.
