Whitney Houston is being laid to rest this weekend in her hometown of Newark, NJ.

As her funeral is scheduled to take place tomorrow, Saturday, February 18, Whitney’s friends and family are making their way to the east coast to pay their respects to the pop star gone too soon.
The first photos of the weekend’s events have just come out, and we can see Whitney’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina and her mother, Cissy Houston, making their way into the wake which is for close friends and family only.
