17-year-old Diggy Simmons is taking U.S. cities by storm to promote his first studio album, Unexpected Arrival.

REVIEW: Diggy Simmons “Unexpected Arrival” Album

Diggy performed several songs at the Highline Ballroom here in NYC for his birthday and album release concert.

The young rapper definitely drove all the girls in the room crazy. He performed some old songs, including fan favorite “Copy Paste.”

Diggy had all the ladies’ attention when he sang a new song from Unexpected Arrival called “4 Letter Word” and handed out roses to some lucky fans in the crowd.

Simmons also made the ladies swoon with yet another romantic song called “Special Occasion.”

One of the last songs that The Jetsetter performed was his hit song, “Do It Like You” with Jeremih. Diggy brought him out to sing the chorus and amp up the crowd even more.

The last song Diggy played was “88,” which is a new joint from the album featuring Jadakiss. “88” was a hit with the audience and everyone rapped the words along with the young star.

One thing we can say is that Diggy really knows how to grab the audience’s attention. He did an amazing job interacting with the crowd and took advantage of the entire stage. However, we were surprised the concert ended with such an energetic song because it seemed as if the audience was expecting the rapper to perform several more songs.

Nevertheless, Diggy did his thing and the set was just a small preview of the album, leaving all the Jetsetters anticipating Unexpected Arrival, which is in stores now!
