At age 15, LaShawnna Stanley was a teen mom, putting her at a crossroads as to where to take her dream career and how she would do it.

Years later, and she finds herself as the Founder and creator of Ethnicity Model, helping many ethnic models all over achieve their dreams of success in the modeling industry.

She has provided talent to work for campaigns for companies such as Abercrombie & Fitch, Coca-Cola, Bongo Jeans, Miller Lite and even Target.

While determined to show that she wasn’t going to just become a statistic, or rely on anyone else to support her, she built her company from the ground up in order to provide for her daughter, who is now 27 years old, and married today.

LaShawnna is currently travelling the country in order to help girls overcome life struggles by finding their inner confidence.

She is also running a program through The Ethnicity Modeling/Acting Workshop where they travel to cities across the country to provide females with a intensive 3-day training to help girls learn the craft of modeling.
