The rumor mill has been swirling that Atlanta rapper 2 Chainz may be inking a deal with Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music label, but the “Spend It” rapper is a little hesitant to say if a deal is actually in the works.

2 Chainz stopped by Hot 97’s Angie Martinez show to talk about his relationship with Kanye.
2 Chainz also dished on how he got the name “Tity Boi” and he reacted to Tyler, the Creator’s comments about his appearance in Nicki Minaj’s “Beez In The Trap.”
When asked about signing to G.O.O.D. Music, 2 Chainz responded:
“I’ve been communicating with Ye for a little over a year now. Ye, he came to BET, and by him being in the back while I was getting dressed and getting ready. The guys from BET started coming back there, it soon became all about him. Everything they wanted me to do, they started asking him and his whole goal was to come up and support. We had a conversation. “Mercy” dropped and we had to talk about some things. It’s some things were working out.”
2 Chainz signing to G.O.O.D music would be a good look.
