Usher and Tameka Foster Raymond are currently locked in the middle of a heated custody battle. Yesterday, Usher took the stand and told his side of the story regarding a bitter fight between his girlfriend Grace and his ex-wife Tameka.

While on the stand, Usher explained that in an effort to save time he brought Grace along with him to drop off his son to Tameka’s house – then a brawl ensued.
The “Confessions” singer testified that he told Tameka:
“You should turn around and go back to your house and deal with the children, no one is in the house and the children are unattended. She said, ‘The children are fine. Why did you park down the hill?’”
It’s at that moment that an altercation took place.

GlobalGrind has exclusively learned details of the fight and the custody battle. A source close to the situation tells us, “Tameka never hit Grace! She did spit on her, but she never actually punched Usher’s jumpoff.”
The source goes on to explain, “Tameka felt extremely disrespected that he would bring that woman to their house after she broke up their marriage, and to bring her around the children and her house is absolutely wrong.”
Usher filed for custody of the children, and he’s trying to “Dwyane Wade” Tameka. “Usher keeps telling Tameka, ‘Don’t end up like D-Wade’s ex-wife,'” the source said.
The custody battle has turned into a nasty affair. Usher broke down in tears during court yesterday after facing allegations that he’s a bad father to his two young sons.
