As soon as it started, it ended even more quickly. Nicki Minaj has announced that she is not going to be participating in the tour with Rihanna & Ke$ha. It was just announced the other day that the three ladies would be going on tour, but Nicki Minaj has got other fish to fry. Although she may have been invited to tour with one of the biggest entertainers out, and one of the most popular up and coming singers this year, she has yet to drop her debut album.
