PHOENIX – Phoenix Police and the Department of Public Safety are announcing a massive drug bust in which hundreds of pounds of drugs are taken off the streets.
Three people have been arrested: Jorge Lopez-Chavira, 26, Carlos Villegas-Zamora, 35, and Rafael Baez, 46. Baez (not pictured) is being held in Tucson.
Officers seized 30 kilos of cocaine, 15 pounds of methamphetamine, and 650 pounds of marijuana. Detectives also confiscated $800,000 in U.S. currency.
