While fans have already offered the star their congratulations, there is no official confirmation on whether she has gone into labor or given birth to her little girl as of yet.
But, we do have more answers. Turns out Kourt and Khloe were just checking out what a water birth looks like. She tweeted an update this morning saying:

Kourtney was spotted out earlier this week, and it looked like she was due at any moment.
