Three years ago today, we lost the King of Pop. While Michael Jackson is remembered as the greatest music legend ever, he is also remembered for his creative style.

In remembrance of his life and his legacy, it is prime time to highlight some of his most iconic pieces, that have been tried and multiplied, but no one can do it quite like The King.

It began in the 1980s, when Michael began wearing the shorter black pantswhite socks and black loafers, and of course, his iconic sequins!

In 1982, in his “Beat It” video, he wore his infamous red leather zipper jacket that inspired millions to buy similar ones, and even snagged a line in a Drake song nearly three decades later.

Without doubt, MJ’s most iconic piece was his single white glove. In 1984, MJ wore a single sequined white glove to collect all eight of the Grammys he won that night, and the rest was history.
