Robert Leone, of Vestal, New York, has become the latest victim of police brutality. A shocking video of his brutal beating at the hands of Pennsylvania State Troopers has emerged across the internet.

STORY: Out Of Control! NYPD Officers Beat Down Bronx Teen

The video, which was shot from a Pennsylvania State Trooper’s dashcam two years ago, was posted onto a video-sharing site last month.

In the horrifying video, we see the troopers abusing Leone to no end.

We see two Pennsylvania State Police cars blocking Leone’s driver’s side door.

As the troopers try to get Leone out of the car, one climbs on top of his car and can be seen Tasing him through the sunroof.

One of the officers reportedly broke his hand while inflicting blows on Leone’s head. The victim also claims he was kicked and Tased repeatedly.

The brutality allegedly continues after Leone is pulled off-camera and you can hear his scream and the officers berating Leone:

“F***ing pull over means be pulled the f*** over. You’re going to be somebody’s f***ing butt f*** inside.”

According to court records, obtained by WBNG.com, Leone left the scene after hitting another car, and then refused to stop when officers tried to pull him over.

He can be heard on the dashcam video saying he’s ‘had a bad night.’

Leone’s mother Joan told WBNG that she was horrified when her son called her while he was in police custody:

“They put him on the phone and he starts screaming that he has been beaten within an inch of his life. They tried to kill him through the night. He has been threatened that they are going to kill him and make it look like a suicide or an accident.

These guys are crazy and you’ve got to get me out of here, they’ve been beating me…. And the minute he said that, they pulled the phone from him and I was disconnected.”

Leone was convicted in late 2010 of various charges, including assault, fleeing or eluding police, and resisting arrest. He is currently serving a 48-month prison sentence.

Even though the brutality attack took place more than two years ago, advocates have been fighting for Leone’s behalf, demanding that he be freed and the officers involved disciplined.

Last month, about 50 protesters descended on Towanda, Pennsylvania, demanding justice in the case.

The incident is reminiscent of the 1992 attack on motorist Rodney King in Los Angeles, CA more than 20 years ago.

Attorneys for Leone, who is now 33, have filed a lawsuit accusing the State Troopers who verbally abused, struck and Tasered him on that night in 2010.

The incident is now under review by commissioners in Bradford County.
