Nicki Minaj is on her new new for the second half of the year.

DETAILS: President Obama Responds To Nicki Minaj’s Mitt Romney Rap

Earlier this week, Nicki Minaj announced that she’s re-releasing her sophomore album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded with five to eight new songs.

The re-release will be titled Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded – The Re-Up and will be packaged as a double disc CD.

The rumor mill has been swirling around Nicki’s new single “The Boys,” which is set to be released sometime this week. The Queen Barb has been on Twitter dropping hints to her fans about her forthcoming new single, and she even tweeted a line from the song:

“I just come thru with the SIX like my name was BLOSSOM.”

Nicki’s been in the news a lot lately, but not because of her music. The “Beez In The Trap” rapper made national headlines when she apparently “endorsed” Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney during her freestyle on Lil Wayne’s Dedication 4 banger “Mercy.”

“I’m a Republican voting for Mitt Romney, you lazy b*tches are f*cking up the economy.”

President Obama got wind of her “endorsement” and jokingly said he didn’t know if that was Nicki Minaj or one of her many alter egos spitting that line.

Hyped that the President responded to her rhyme, Nicki tweeted that she was happy the President understands her “creative humor and sarcasm” and that she loves and supports President Obama.
