During the third night of his Barclays Center show, Jay made a speech about how historic it was for the Nets to be in Brooklyn, but digressed into addressing the fraction of the Nets franchise that he’s been reported to own.
He said:
“I see them talking, eh you know he’s one-fifteenth of one. First of all, I don’t where they get that number from, but I’m cool with it. I know it’s not about me, it’s about ya’ll…”
Is Jay-Z saying he owns more than one fifteenth of one percent?
Guess he wanted to make that moment, a moment of clarity!
