The race between political foes Barack Obama and Mitt Romney finally came to an end when President Obama was reinstated as the U.S. Commander-in-Chief this Tuesday.

STORY: Now What? What’s Up Next For Mitt Romney

Many people will always remember the heated campaign election for its record-breaking spending, attack ads, and the epic “Big Bird” lines from each debate. However, a mother in Kenya will remember the 18-month political showdown between Romney and Obama for a more personal reason.

The 20-year-old African mom named the newborn twins that she birthed on Wednesday Mitt Romney and Barack Obama, in order to remember the day of the 2012 election.

According to The Standard newspaper in Kenya, Millicent Owuor delivered her babies at a hospital in the town of Siaya, which is not too from the village of Kogelo where President Obama’s father was born and where his 90-year-old step-grandmother, Sarah Obama, still lives.

It was reported residents in Kogelo sang and danced, chanting “Obama, Obama” on the night of the election.
