The beautiful singer let her fans know that she would be slimming down via Weight Watchers, and we couldn’t stop blinking our eyes at Jess’ new figure after she shed 60 lbs! 

Jessica’s amazing diet plan was released and it consists mostly of smoothies and snacks. We know you’re thinking there’s no way… but there is.

In July, the 32-year-old new mommy began a 15-day smoothie diet that included: 5 days of 3 smoothies a day with 2 healthy snacks, 5 days of 2 smoothies a day with 2 healthy snacks and 1 meal, and 5 days of 1 smoothie a day with 2 healthy snacks and 2 meals.
