If you are a major Hip Hop fan and you weren’t at Cali Christmas 2012 in Universal City last night, you definitely missed out!

Luckily, we got you on a recap on some of the major performances that went down.

From Rick Ross, to 2 Chainz, newbie Trinidad James and much more, it was a starred studded occassion.

With Rozay leading the pack, MMG took to the stage starting off with a performance by Meek Mill running through cuts off his Dreamchasers mixtape series, and Dreams & Nightmares debut album.

And Rick Ross soon after followed, going through his long list of hits including “B.M.F.,” “Hustlin,” and “Hold Me Back.”

However a major surprise of the evening was Trinidad Jame$ unexpectedly taking to the stage. The new Def Jam signee showed up and performed his crazed single, “All Gold Everything.”

With a 30 minute set, 2 Chainz hit the stage performing “I’m Different,” “No Lie,” “Birthday Song,” “Crack”, and some of his most loved guest verses from “Bandz a Make Her Dance,” “Beez in the Trap” and “Mercy.”

And rightfully so 2 Chainz G.O.O.D Music pal, Big Sean was on the scene also performing fan favorites, “I Do It,” “Mula,” “RWT,” “Mercy.”

Everyone brought their best for the concert but Kendrick Lamar took it to another level. The rapper didn’t have one but three special guest, bringing out Lil Wayne and J.Cole and ScHoolboy Q.

Doing A$AP Rocky’s “F**kin’ Problems” and cuts off his critically-acclaimed debut good kid, m.A.A.d city, J.Cole switched it for “Nobody’s Perfect,” and Weezy did “No Worries.”

Many of the performers took a moment to say some words and share their condolences for the victims of the shooting that took place yesterday in Newtown, Connecticut, leaving 20 children and 6 adults dead.

Before perfrorming “My Last” Big Sean said:

“This is for all the memories, all the people we lost, the people that were lost today and this year, good and bad times. I think we should party and have a good ass motherfu**ing time for everybody who can’t,”

And the crowd did party it up! Check out some of the performances in the videos above!
