Friday is back and we know that you are just as happy as we are. The weekend is here and we’re all ready to party.

But before you break out the music and streamers, you still have a full day to get through! Luckily for you, we have a list of great things that you can do today, especially if you happen to be in the great city of San Francisco, California. Check it out below.

Visit The Mission Dolores

Dating from 1776, this little adobe church in the heart of the Mission District is the oldest intact building in the city of San Francisco. It’s the only original Mission chapel in the chain of 21 Mission buildings that the Spanish Catholics built across California from 1769 to 1823.  To visit the Mission, a suggested $5 is asked for but not required

The missionaries were the first homesteaders in the state and introduced European horses, ranching and fruit and vegetables. However, their attempts to convert the Native American population to Christianity mostly had catastrophic effects.

Visit Crissy Field

This historic airfield where the first transcontinental flight landed in 1920 is now a popular walking, jogging and biking spot. The restored saltwater marsh and beach area runs from the marina to the foot of the Golden Gate Bridge. At the marina end is the innovative Exploratorium science, art and human perception museum and the Palace of Fine Arts, a monumental relic from the 1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition.

Financial Tip Of The Day

Drink More Water.

Not only does drinking plenty of water have great health benefits, water drinking has financial benefits, too. Drink a big glass of water before each meal, and not only will you digest it better, you won’t eat as much, saving on the ol’ food bill. You’ll also find yourself feeling a bit better as you begin to get adequately hydrated.
