The Daily Grind Video

Just when we thought this “beef” between Pitbull and Lil Wayne couldn’t get anymore awkward, Weezy finally responds to the Miami rapper’s slight diss on his “Welcome To Dade County” track.

Apparently, Pitbull didn’t appreciate Lil Wayne’s comments about his hometown Miami, or his disrespectful comments about LeBron James, Chris Bosh, Dwyane Wade, the Miami Heat, or Chris Bosh’s wife.

On the “diss” track, Pitbull referenced Tunechi being displaced from New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina and how Miami welcomed him with open arms.

“You talk Miami, if you talkin’ heat/ Moral of the story: Don’t shit where you eat.”

Lil Wayne has remained relatively quiet about the Pitbull diss, but now, he’s finally spoken.

We doubt this rift between Wayne and Pitbull will go any further, but it will be interesting to see how this all plays out.

Lil Wayne is currently working on releasing his I Am Not A Human Being II album, which is set to hit store shelves March 26.
