That changed last night, as Target opened the doors to one of 21 new Target stores slated to open in the province of Toronto within the next few weeks.
Sarah Jessica Parker and Blake Lively were on the scene to help welcome the new Target with a red carpet appearance at Shoppers World Danforth in Toronto.

Blake looked stunning in a Roland Mouret Resort 2013 dress paired with red bottom pumps, while SJP did her best Carrie impression in a white polka dot button-down blouse and black cropped jacket, which she paired with white pants and a flower pin Carrie would love.
