On Monday morning, legendary DJ Mister Cee took to New York’s Hot 97 radio station to talk candidly about his arrest stemming from an incident with a male prostitute.

He claims the prostitute, who turned out to be an undercover police officer, was actually a woman and not a man as previously reported.

“I am not gay,” Cee told his co-workers Peter Rosenberg, Cipha Sounds, Ebro, and K Foxx this morning on Hot 97. “I was approached by a female undercover cop.”

Cee went on to say that the original story reported by the New York Daily News cited that the cop was a woman, but at some point the news reports changed to say the arresting officer was a man.

When Ebro and Rosenberg pointed out that the area where Cee was arrested is known for the solicitation of transgender prostitutes, Cee said it was just “dumb luck” that he was in that site at the time.

This isn’t the first time Mister Cee has been caught up, however. If you recall back in 2011, Cee pled guilty to a charge of loitering for the purpose of engaging in prostitution after he was arrested for receiving oral sex from another man in a parked car.

However, Cee continued to deny that he was gay, only admitting that he does regularly engage in soliciting female prostitutes.

“I have an addiction to not only prostitution. I have an addiction to getting the quickie,” said Cee.

“People have accused me of being gay for probably ten years now,” said Cee. “I don’t care what people think.”

Dude, it’s really OK if you’re gay, but the real issue is this; what you’re doing is still illegal. What do you think about Mister Cee’s explanation?
