Still fresh from cutting things off with Rihanna, the R&B singer showed up to the 2013 Billboard Music Awards and he was all smiles on the blue carpet.
Scheduled to perform for the venue full of stars tonight, Breezy arrived on the scene very casual in a pair of jeans and Versace crew neck sweater – and of course the bling was on deck. CB accessorized with diamond earrings, a watch and a shiny gold cross.
