Finally! A little good fortune has found NBA baller Amar’e Stoudemire, who’s had a challenging year following a hand injury, Hurricane Sandy destroying his Range Rover, and an up-and-down season with the New York Knicks.
Stoudemire and his wife Alexis Welch welcomed a fourth child to their team – uh, we mean family. Welch gave birth to a healthy baby boy this past Wednesday.
Stoudemire shared the news through Twitter:
We are proud to announce we added a healthy baby boy to the Stoudemire team. Alexis and the baby are doing great. #Blessed

The Stoudemire starting line up already includes their two daughters, Assata and Are, and a son named Amar’e. Alexis and her basketballer hubby have been together since the early 2000s; they were engaged in Paris in June of last year and married six months later in New York City.
How romantic!
Congratulations to them both, we look forward to meeting the little man.
