Joining the long list of rappers at Hot 97’s Summer Jam last night, A$AP Ferg performed a great set, announced Trap Lord’s release date, and stirred up some controversy over claims he slept with G.O.O.D Music’s Teyana Taylor.
Before he hit the stage, Ferg announced his highly anticipated album, Trap Lord, will drop August 20.
Ferg then stirred up controversy when he alluded to having a sexual relationship with the first lady of G.O.O.D Music, Teyana Taylor.
While on stage, Ferg rapped:
“Who you know who got big titties – Teyana/Sucked on em when I lived out in Harlem/Got signed back Pharrell and started acting like a prima donna.”
Shortly after, A$AP Rocky denied Ferg was rapping about Teyana Taylor in a backstage interview. Ferg’s Trap Lord will feature his breakout hit “Work,” as well as features from his A$AP Mob family.
