There’s a lot of speculation and a lot of different opinions about Paula Deen‘s racial slurs and attitude towards her co-workers.

The Food Network has already decided to drop her contract, meaning her program Paula’s Home Cooking will no longer appear on the network. Now, the QVC is deciding whether or not they should also ditch Paula as one of the star cooks on their show.

The QVC network clearly states that “QVC does not tolerate discriminatory behavior. We are closely monitoring these events and the ongoing litigation. We are reviewing our business relationship with Ms. Deen, and in the meantime, we have no immediate plans to have her appear on QVC.”

Most people agree with this notion. However, there are a lot of people who are entirely in Paula’s corner.

There is even a Facebook page; We Support Paula Deen, that has over 275,000 likes.

So, these “supporters” are throwing everyone under the bus, attempting to compare other celebrities’ actions with Paula’s blatant racism. From thinking that Lil Wayne is a “punk,” to BET being called a “racist network,” there’s a whole lot of WTF! with these dedicated Deen fans.

Check out a list of some of the celebrities We Support Paula Deen compared to their beloved chef!

1. Kristen Stewart:

In 2012, while filming Snow White & the Huntsman, Stewart and married director Rupert Sanders had a fling during the shoot. Stewart was with her boyfriend, Robert Pattinson at the time, and when she was caught, had to not only beg her boyfriend for forgiveness, but her loyal fans’ forgiveness as well. “I apologize to everyone for making them so angry. It was not my intention,” she said.

Welllll… Paula fan Rachel K. said, “Cheating is wrong! If they let a slut still make movies, I think they should allow Paula Deen to be back on the Food Network!” Really though?!

2. Kanye West:

Everyone remembers the infamous 2009 interruption that occurred when Taylor Swift went to receive her award at the MTV Music Awards. On the Jay Leno show after that, West said about his behavior that night, “It was rude, period.”

Paula fan Aaron O. says of the rap and hip-hop music being played, “Racism what the hell, I can think of a lot of racism. How about the united negro collage fund or what about black people date black people.com Or how about BET Think about it America.” Um, OK.

3. David Letterman

When it was revealed that the talk show host was having a relationship with his assistant, Letterman tried to make jokes, but he was in far too deep. He later on apologized to his wife and to his staff about his actions. Later, he said on the air, “This is only phase one of the scandal. Phase two, next week I go on ‘Oprah’ and sob.” Paula fan Kim Y. says, “They should’ve dropped Letterman before they dropped Paula!”

4. Tiger Woods:

After a car accident involving his wife revealed Woods was seeing another woman, a lot of his dirty laundry was out on the table. “I had affairs, I cheated. What I did was not acceptable, and I am the only person to blame,” he said. Tiger’s affairs are well known now, and while he lost endorsements, Tiger’s golf career is still on track. Paula fan Margo P. says, “I am angry with the Food network also. Nike did not void Tiger Woods contract. Let’s play fair.”

5. Kobe Bryant:

In 2003, a hotel employee accused Kobe of sexual assault. During his apology, Bryant said, “First, I want to apologize directly to the young woman involved in this incident. I want to apologize to her for my behavior that night and for the consequences she has suffered in the past year. Although this year has been incredibly difficult for me personally, I can only imagine the pain she has had to endure. I also want to apologize to her parents and family members, and to my family and friends and supporters, and to the citizens of Eagle, Colo.”

Paula fan Tim H. said, “Really? A guy who really didn’t “realize” that he was raping a girl gets away with it? But Deen saying n**ger is wrong?!” Once everything was settled, Bryant signed a seven-year, $136 million contract a year after the allegations, and regained several of his endorsements from Nike, Spalding, and Coca-Cola.

6. Brandy Norwood

>:

In 2007, Brandy was involved in a car accident, resulting in the death of a woman named Awatef Aboudihaj. Brandy later said, “The whole experience did completely change my life, and I can say that I think I’m a better person from it. You know, I still don’t understand all of it and why all of it happened, but I definitely have a heart, and my heart goes out to everyone involved. I pray about it every single day, and that’s all I can really say on the subject.”

However, Paula fan Irtmud K. does not agree with everything Ms. Norwood says, “the other side doesn’t see this…they think its Ok…anything rappers and hip hops do is Ok with them…”

7. Ashton Kutcher:

Everyone did not know how to feel about Ashton’s Popchips commercial featuring the actor wearing brown face to mimic the Indian culture. Ashton’s career has gone on per usual.

Paula fan Paul R. said, “Paula did nothing to be attacked fir. “Nigga” is used on a regular basis between blacks on FB. They seem to think it belongs in rap along with all the anti-female demeaning culture. If you’ never seen a black guy telling a white woman “You’re my bitch, you’re my main bitch, you’re my #1 bitch” in a public place you are lucky. Unfortunately that black culture pervades the black entermainment industry.”

But we’ll leave this to you dear readers, do you agree these celebs got off scot-free while Paula had to pay a bigger price?
