Aaron Hernandez’s life just gets more sad by the hour.

New reports that the former Patriots NFL player asked his fiance not to cooperate with authorities have surfaced.

Shayanna Jenkins, who has an 8-month-old child with Aaron, was the sister-in-law of the man who he allegedly murdered and though cops have previously spoken to her, apparently the conversations have suddenly stopped and prosecutors believe that was Aaron Hernandez’s doing.

According to RadarOnline:

“Shayanna’s cooperation ended though, the prosecutor in the case told the judge at a hearing this week, when she received a call from Hernandez. Investigators ‘did speak to her but the conversation ended when she was informed not to speak to them,’ Bristol County District Attorney spokeswoman Yasmina Serdarevic told The Daily Beast, ‘They did speak to her until she got the call.’Now — especially after Jenkins was seen weeping in the courtroom when Hernandez was denied bail — concerns have been raised that the couple will try to wed to give her ongoing protection from having to take the stand against the accused murderer.”

Though no request has been made on Aaron’s part, according to the sheriff that idea is simply unrealistic because he won’t permit a wedding:

“We don’t do weddings or baptisms or anything like that. I have had a policy like that since I started as sheriff 16 years ago. It is not something we feel we need to reorganize our schedules for.”

In other sad Aaron Hernandez news, hundreds of fans lined up Saturday morning to exchange his jersey, at a blatant tent labeled “Jersey Exchange.”

One former fan told NY Daily News reporters:

“We’re all here to mourn.”

Wow! We honestly don’t know what to say. It’s not everyday that a celebrity hits this kind of rock bottom... Stay tuned!
