She won her battle with breast cancer back in 2006, but now Sheryl’s struggling with another health issue – a brain tumor.
The “All I Wanna Do” singer began to worry about her memory when she couldn’t remember the lyrics to her song “A Change (Would Do You Good)” during a concert.
Prompted to discover why her memory was failing her, Sheryl went to get a MRI, which revealed she was suffering from a brain tumor.
Luckily, Sheryl’s tumor is benign, which according to doctors, is more common than most people imagine.

Sheryl’s been keeping her diagnosis a secret for a little over 7 months now, but decided to speak out recently.
“In November, I found out I have a brain tumor, but it’s benign, so I don’t have to worry about it. But it gives me a fit.”
Sheryl’s not letting her brain tumor keep her down.
She’s currently working on a new album and she’s also working on a musical with director Berry Levinson on his 1982 movie The Diner.
