Here’s some good news. A bill awarding compensation to the victims of the Cleveland kidnapper Ariel Castro is set to be voted on by the Ohio legislature. That bill would reward Amanda Berry, Michelle Knight and Gina DeJesus with $25,000 for each year that they were held captive. [DailyMail]
